About Us

Auge Ristorante was established in November 2000, since then, we have renovated the establishment and added a ‘Spuntini Bar’ so guests can enjoy a casual meal & specialised aperitivo/cocktail in the bar or pamper themselves in our dining room.

Local produce is our focus and we always endeavour to find the best South Australian or Australian producers.

With the hard work of the kitchen and floor team and the wonderful support of you, our guests each night, we have grown into one of Adelaide’s leading dining spaces.

To complement our cuisine and heighten our interest and passion in Italian wines, we take pleasure in sourcing local producers who specialise in Italian varietals as well as old world varieties.
